Coffee with notes of chocolate and panela
“I want to improve my coffee!” was, what motivated us to work with small producers in the department of Cauca, where we started this “Sancocho Project”. Today we support coffee growing families throughout the country. They are initiating the transition to the world of specialty coffee. Each one contributes a part of their harvest, they blend and this is the result of a classic Colombian coffee, famous worldwide.
