TRADITIONAL ANTIQUE WASHED
We use the old Colombian processing style, which involves more work, but results in better cups. In Colombia this method of processing washed coffees is called “mezcla de cochadas”. We blend the three-day harvest to lengthen the fermentation process and enhance sweetness and body.
