Anzá: The sweetest coffee in the world for us
We met Liliana through a great friend: Felipe Toro. Liliana works in his house helping him and when he realized that Liliana was also maintaining his farm in Anzá he wanted to help her market her coffee. Liliana planted years ago the Chiroso variety together with the coffee she already had planted. It is harvested and mixed several days after collection, oxidized in mucilage and washed. The result is a tremendously sweet coffee with notes of passion fruit juice with panela water. A coffee for every day and all day long.
