Our seasonal Espresso Blend
After many roasting courses in Germany we decided to create a seasonal Espresso Blend for everyone. Each batch is unique and composed of a part of our CLÁSICO and experimental coffee processes.
It is a light roast, but slower to achieve a balanced, sweet espresso without smoky notes 😎.

Process: Mixed processing
Altitude: 1.500 – 2.300 masl
Cup profile: Balanced, slightly fruity with medium to low acidity.
