La Increíble farm produces a coffee

Origin La Sierra, Medellín

Norman Eusse dreamed of having a farm to produce inside the city of Medellín. He used to work in the countryside and in construction. When he was able to realize his dream, together with his wife they named the farm “La Increíble.” For him, it is more than just a property: the farm represents the future for his children!

Our alliance

Norman Eusse was the first coffee farmer to listen to Nikolai when processing coffee. One day they sat down for three hours to select cherries to make a differentiated fermentation process. This was in 2015. Today it is one of your favorite coffees. A natural process with extended fermentation.

Strong and Intense

Today La Sierra represents strong and intense coffees for you. We have done more than fifty processing methods, refining cupping notes. Today we find: Cocoa nibs, rum, tropical fruits in this coffee.

We remember the first cup of coffee from the La Increíble farm as if it were yesterday: somewhat dry, chocolate, nuts, and a very high citrus acidity.
