… from some corner of the country! We started our line of traditional washed coffees to give small coffee growers the opportunity to be part of DDC coffees. Our classic line highlights Colombia in a cup: notes of chocolate, panela, and citrus with something more; sometimes spicy, floral, or fruity. Sometimes it’s 20 kilos from one farm, sometimes a large lot blended from several farms.

We vary the origin of our classic coffee to give several families the opportunity to sell their coffee in a high-specialty roaster. To be part of us, it must have something extra in its sensory profile: floral notes, fruity notes, a more pronounced chocolate, surprising sweetness, etc.
