San Luis Farm produces a coffee
Origin Líbano, Tolima
Irma Tinoco works the San Luis farm with the help of her children Patricia and Omar. They devoted themselves to organic agriculture and the conservation of the Typica variety. On their farm, the Typica and Bourbon varieties spontaneously crossed and they named it Typica FSL (San Luis Farm).
- Floral, smooth, and sweet coffee
- Organic agriculture

Our alliance
Since 2015, we have been working in alliance with the Arango family to grow our coffee businesses together. We dedicated several years to experimentation with processing, cupping, and feedback, and since 2017 we have been exporting coffees worldwide.
- Commercialization of roasted coffee
- Export of green coffee
- Innovation in processes
Ecological processing
The traditional washed process can use up to 140 liters of water per kilo of coffee. That is why we decided with the Arango family to look for alternatives: processes that use less water, pollute the environment less, and preserve qualities in the sensory profile.
