Analysis
We analyze one sample per farm. We receive samples until March 1, 2024. We only analyze coffees with moisture between 9.5% – 12.5%. We do not cup coffees with strange odors or infused. We are looking to expand our portfolio, so we recommend a minimum ripeness degree of 85%, good practices in processing, cleanliness, etc.
