Shipping Policies

The shipping cost varies according to the chosen option.

From the moment of purchase, orders in Colombia: 3-5 business days for delivery and Metropolitan Area: 1-2 business days.

For subscriptions, the coffee will be sent on the 3rd of each month to guarantee the freshness of the product.

For orders over 100 bags, the delivery time will be a maximum of 20 business days.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For any exchange, the customer must send an email stating the reason for the request so that our team can evaluate and decide on the request.

No returns are accepted for opened consumable products.

Subscriptions are subject to cancellation before 50% of the bags in the selected plan have been delivered, and a charge will be made for the product already delivered, before discounts.

Subscriptions are subject to change or cancellation under the following conditions:

To increase the period or the number of monthly bags, it can be done at any time via email indicating the order number and the required change. If so, the corresponding excess will be charged.

To modify the period or cancel a subscription, the request must be made via email before the first quarter, counting from the moment the subscription was made. It will only be possible to decrease or cancel the subscription in the remaining period one month after the request has been made. (For example: if cancellation is requested after 2 months of subscription, it will be canceled from the third month). And it will be charged according to the request.

For online order cancellations, it can be done within 24 hours after receiving the purchase notification email.

Cancellation must be made via email to the address: somos@desarrolladores.cafe indicating the order number and reasons for cancellation.

For purchases made through our online platform, the customer will incur a cost of 15% on the total purchase value due to online transaction costs.

No refunds are made to credit cards.
