Our commitment
Each coffee bag carries two commitments from Desarrolladores de Café.
On one side are the people producing the coffee: coffee growers who almost always get up before dawn to give us the best their farm can offer: the best possible quality. We cup every lot to ensure its quality.
On the other side is you: we commit to roast each batch with the greatest care possible to highlight the best attributes in the cup. Do not hesitate to contact us to ask for the cupping notes of each batch. We always cup.

Our Impulso is a blend of different varieties, processes, and origins to fuse a complex, rich, balanced cup of Espresso.
Impulso will be different in each batch, it will always surprise you without being burnt, without smoky notes but with a slightly slower roast than the traditional DDC roasts. The goal is to slightly increase solubility and make your life easier when calibrating your Espresso at home.

And why is it Impulso?
Espresso is of Italian origin. Today you can still go to the coffee bar, order a “caffè,” drink it standing up, and it gives you the push to keep going with your life.
Our Impulso fuses realities of specialty coffee together with this Italian nostalgia of a “caffè.” We develop roasts a little slower than usual at DDC, to highlight the body and the sweetness. You will not find burnt, smoky, or harsh notes. Our Impulso is the strength of an Espresso fused with the excellence we seek at Desarrolladores.
