Santander is the first Colombian department in growing coffee and has a long tradition of producing cacao. Jorge Rodriguez is a craftsman and does everything by hand: the harvesting is supremely careful, the processing is done just as we agreed and the results are unique and new profiles at DDC we find a lot of dried fruits – especially roasted hazelnut, yellow fruits, chocolate and a lot of caramel.
